Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order with Weft Blown Ltd then please do contact us in the first instance. You must cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order. To cancel your order please email sales@weftblown.com.

The goods must be returned unused in their original packaging to receive a full refund. If the goods are not in this condition then you will receive a partial refund.

RETURNS/EXCHANCES

Weft Blown strives to ensure that every item is what you were looking for and products are sold subject to their descriptions. However, if you have any problems at all with the delivery or the item itself then you MUST contact us at sales@weftblown.com

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds or exchanges will only happen once the item has been returned to Weft Blown within 14 days of being in contact about the issue. We will not refund items after 14 days of invoice date and will offer and exchange for another item or items of equal value instead.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we accept the return then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund within 5 working days, check first with your bank and/or credit card provider prior to contacting us.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to the recipient later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

The buyer pays postage for any returns except where a faulty product is being returned. Once the return has been received the original amount for the item will be reimbursed, along with the return postage for faulty items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are wanting to exchange items on an order you must return the items to us with a note for the reason for the exchange. You will have to pay for the returns postage. once received we will either refund or send an invoice for any difference in price cost and cost for postage when applicable for sending out the new items.

Please use Royal Mail for returning any items as we are living on an island so this is the most reliable service.

If you are shipping a returned item over £50 in value then you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
