We will email you with an invoice for the final payment and the order will only be shipped once this has been received by us.
You can Pre Order any item that is out of stock and shows this button on the product page.
You pay for the item at the time of ordering, unless it's a partial payment item with a 25% deposit and the final amount is due when the order is ready to ship.
The timescales shown on Pre Order items are estimates. Sometimes there can be delays from our suppliers which may mean it takes longer to get the item to you. We will always keep you updated on when we expect to be able to ship your order.
Get in touch with us and let us know what you'd like to add or amend to your order.
If it's an addition to your order we can easily edit your order and send you an invoice or refund for the difference in cost.

We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange a day and time to collect it.
Yes you can by booking an appointment to visit us.
Ange will be happy to talk through our range of demo wheels and looms and you can also browse and buy any other products on the day too.

Our aim at Weft Blown is to make sure that you are happy with your purchases so it is very important to us that we can rectify any issues as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately we do not deal in second hand equipment.
We recommend you getting in touch with your local weaving or spinning guild or trying online weaving/spinning groups to see if anyone would like your loom or wheel.
Currently we are unable to run weaving and spinning classes but we are hoping to get these going again soon.
