We use Royal Mail 24 or Parcel Force Express 24 services depending on the size of your parcel.
Due to our location we are unable to offer next day delivery. As we are on the Isle of Skye so it can take a day longer than normal for items to go through Royal Mail's system.
We ship your order as soon as we can and this is usually within 2 working days.
During busy periods it can take us 3 to 5 working days to ship your order (this can happen at any time of the year).
Our posting days are Mondays to Fridays.
When you place your order you will get an order confirmation email. Once the order has been shipped you will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
If you have not received either email check your Junk Email folders as they can end up there.
For Royal Mail shipments the tracking only works once a delivery attempt has been made.
For Parcel Force the tracking will update once it's been collected from us.
We currently only ship to UK addresses.
All floor looms to UK addresses are free to ship.
Ashford floor looms may be sent directly from our supplier.
We will do our best to make sure it is delivered on a day to suit you and we will be in contact with you to arrange this.
