Our regular Opening Hours are:

Tuesday: 11.00 am to 4.00 pm
Wednesday: 11.00 am to 4.00 pm
Thursday: 11.00 am to 4.00 pm
Friday: 11.00 am to 4.00 pm
Saturday: 11.00 am to 4.00 pm
Sunday, Monday: By appointment

There is parking outside our shop but it's not guaranteed that there are spaces available unfortunately.
There is one step into our shop and our doorway is a single door entry.
Our shop is small and we're afraid we don't have a disabled toilet available.
Seating is available and we are always happy to help out as much as we can if you have any accessibility issues at all.

To place an order by telephone please call either of the above numbers and we will be happy to help.

If we are unable to answer a call please do leave a message and we will phone you back as soon as we can. We will only return calls that have left a message. There are just the two of us that run Weft Blown and unfortunately we are not always able to answer a call - if you can leave a message this will allow us to get back to you as quickly as possible.

Our aim is to reply to all enquiries as soon as possible and by the end of the next working day at the latest. Enquiries received after 5pm and on Sundays may not be responded to until the following working day.

If you are contacting us about equipment, spare parts, or orders, please send us as much information as possible, including photos. We get many enquiries and it helps us to help you faster if we have as much information at the beginning as possible.
