Original TURTLE Jewel Pin Loom. R - for Worsted Weight Yarns
Weaving jewel shapes on pin looms goes beyond the traditional squares, rectangles, and triangles, but that doesn't mean that it has to be complicated! It is easy to do, using two different continuous strand weaving methods "just at the right time, in the right direction".
The Original Jewel pin loom enables you to weave jewel shaped pieces of fabric with ease, ready to be put together into a vast array of pretty and practical projects.
The Jewel loom can be used in conjunction with the Original TURTLE loom for even more project possibilities.
The loom is made of quality Birch plywood, finished beautifully with two coats of traditional clear Shellac, sealed with satin Poly.
The jewel weaving area measures about 4 1/4” at its widest width and 5 1/2" in length/height. It takes about 7 yards of worsted weight yarn to weave one Jewel.
