SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
We deal with your information in the following way:

Name, Email Address, Shipping Address, Billing Address and Phone Number - We use these to be able to ship our products to you. In order to do this we may have to pass on you Name, Email Address, Shipping Address and Phone Number to our Delivery companies which are DHL and Parcelforce. This is so that they can deliver the products to you. For some orders we may pass on your Name, Email Address, Shipping Address and Phone Number to one of our suppliers so that delivery direct from the factory can be arranged.

Name, Email Address, Phone Number - We may have to contact you about your order and we will do this by email or phone call and therefore we would use your details for this.
We do not hold your debit/credit card details as these are handled by Shopify or Paypal depending on payment method chosen. 

If you have signed up to our Newsletter mailing list then Mailchimp collects your name and email and we then use to this to only send out our monthly newsletter. You can only opt-in to our Newsletter and you can unsubscribe at any time.
If at Checkout you opt-in to receive updates to your order via Facebook Messenger then your Facebook account details will be used by Shopify to do this.

If you submit a product review on our website we collect your email address and you will receive an email from Opinew Reviews to confirm that you have submitted the review and are happy for it to be published.

We do not pass your details onto any other third party with the exception of those mentioned above.
