Delivery and Shipping Rates

Our Delivery Service

We aim to have items dispatched as soon as possible. It can take us 3 to 5 working days to process your order ready for shipping. Our regular posting days are Mondays to Fridays. We currently cannot offer next day postal service.

At busy times it may take the full 5 days for us to process and post orders. At quieter times it can be faster than this but please always be assured that we are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as we can.

When we ship your order we will send you a confirmation email. 

We may have to split your order into 2 seperate packages if your order contains a long item, such as a 30" stick shuttle. This is to make it more economical on postage and you will get 2 seperate emails with the tracking codes with Royal Mail for this.

If any of your items are out of stock this will be shown at checkout. As soon as we can we will notify you with an estimated time of when we expect it to be back in stock. Occasionally, we may arrange for your order to be shipped direct to you from our suppliers. 

Delivery Rates

UK Shipping

For UK orders the following delivery charges apply:

Orders under £50 in value - £4.90

Orders £50 to £200 in value - £6.50

Orders over £200 - Free

Magazines - £2.25 for a single copy then rates above for larger orders

Free Delivery to residents in KA23 postcodes (West Kilbride).

We use 1st Class Royal Mail for smaller items and either Parcel Force 48 or DHL Express for larger items.

We cannot offer a next-day delivery service or guarantee.

Channel Islands - small packages sent using Royal Mail, larger items by courier. Weight-based shipping rates shown at checkout.

International Shipping

From 1^st January 2021 the UK BREXIT transition period ended and we are no longer trading within the EU single market and customs zone. 

We are shipping orders to European customers but have had to make some changes to our service.
