Delivery and Refunds
Delivery to UK is FREE for orders over £50 (all items except floor looms)
A flat shipping rate of £3.50 will be applied to UK orders under £50 in value. Above £50 order value, delivery is FREE (except floor looms - see below).
Orders to other EU countries will be charged £5 p&p for orders under £50, £10 p&p for orders £50 and £250 with FREE delivery for orders above £250 (again, excluding floor looms).
UK and EU orders will be sent 1st Class Royal Mail for smaller items and by either Parcel Force 48 or DHL for larger items. International Orders to other locations will be sent by DHL. We aim to have items dispatched within 1 to 2 days of receipt of payment.
Alternatively, if you are able to you may collect your item in person from the Weft Blown studio in West Kilbride. If you wish to collect in person please contact us before purchase.
For items shipped to addresses outside of the UK and EU the following shipping rates will be applied:

If applicable, do remember that you are liable for import taxes for any goods coming into your country.
Pre-ordered Items (excluding floor looms)
We do our best to hold as many products in stock as we can at anytime but there are invariably items that we do not always have. Where this is the case items can be pre-ordered and we will specifically arrange to have these items placed on our next stock delivery. Please note that we are unable to control timescales for back-ordered stock as we are dependent on availability from our suppliers. We will endeavour to keep you regularly updated on any back-ordered items.
Where part of an order is pre-ordered we will wait until all of the items ordered are available before shipping. Split delivery of orders is possible subject to additional shipping fees being applied. If you would like to split delivery then please contact us with your order confirmation number.
Pre-ordered items may be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer or supplier.
Floor Looms Shipping
Floor looms will be delivered directly from the Louët factory in the Netherlands or Glimakra in Sweden. As these are large items delivery costs are significantly higher than for other items. We can deliver floor looms to any address in the UK and EU countries.
Please note that remote and island locations may attract higher shipping rates than other locations.

Weft Blown strives to ensure that every item is what you were looking for, so do please fully read through the item description and photos before buying.
However, if you have any problems at all with the delivery or the item itself then please contact us immediately so we can discuss the matter further.
Refunds or exchanges will only happen once the item has been returned to Weft Blown within 14 days of being in contact about the issue.
The buyer pays postage for any returns.
Once the return has been received the original amount for the item will be reimbursed, with return postage if applicable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If for whatever reason you cannot make the class on the original booked date then do contact Weft Blown at email@example.com or 07930 657900 as soon as possible.
Weft Blown is more than happy to rearrange your booking to another date or another class at yours and Weft Blown's convenience.
If you want to fully cancel the class and not rearrange the class then the following refund policy applies:
Classes cancelled up to 4 weeks before the class date - Full refund of £70.
Classes cancelled between 4 weeks and the day before the class date - Refund of £50 only.
Classes cancelled less than 2 days before the class date - No refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Studio 2 - Happyhills, 121-125 Main Street, West Kilbride, North Ayrshire, GB KA23 9AR.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
