Christmas Delivery Dates and Opening Times

Christmas Delivery

We aim to have all in stock items delivered to you within 2 to 3 working days. However, at Christmas and New Year time this may take longer due to volume of orders and delivery service.

For UK addresses we need to have your order received by 10am on Thursday 19th December.

For last dates for sending to International and EU addresses we need to receive your order 24 hours before the dates listed below.

We will still be posting orders out after this up to 10am on Christmas Eve but orders in this time frame may not arrive in time for Christmas.

Orders received from 10am on Christmas Eve to Monday 6th January will be posted FROM Tuesday 7th January.

We try to maintain everything (other than floor looms) in stock but inevitably we run low on some items from time to time, especially as Christmas draws near. 

Our website shows what we do have in stock and what is back order so please use this as a guide.

Back Order items will now be back in stock from January.

If you want to check if something is in stock prior to ordering then please get in touch with us to check availability.

We will be responding to emails and phone calls when we can while we are closed over the festive period but it may be longer than our normal response time.

Christmas Shop Opening Times

Our West Kilbride shop is open on the following dates:

Tuesdays to Saturdays 11am to 4pm until Saturday 21st December

Monday 23rd December: Open 11am to 4pm

Christmas Eve: Open 10am to 1pm  

Closed Christmas Day until Friday 3rd January 2020

Open again Tuesdays to Saturdays 11am to 4pm from Saturday 4th January 2020
