Weft Blown - Weaving, Spinning, Handwoven, Classes

Weft Blown is a full-circle weaving and spinning studio that sells weaving looms, spinning wheels and carding tools to other yarn and fibre-obsessives as well as producing and selling our own range of weather-inspired handwoven textiles that are designed and created by Ange Sewell.

Weaving Looms and Spinning Wheels

Weft Blown is a dealer for Louët, Schacht and Glimåkra weaving, spinning and carding equipment.  We supply everything from small frame looms, rigid heddle looms, table and floor looms, shuttles, reeds, winding and warping equipment as well as the full range of Louët and Schacht spinning wheels and spinning accessories. Our aim is to help you get the right tools for your craft by drawing on our own extensive weaving and spinning knowledge.

Handwoven

In Weft Blown's range of handwoven textiles, Ange Sewell draws on inspiration from the weather and its changing interaction with the landscape using carefully selected high-quality yarns. Weft Blown's handwoven textiles have been on show at the Campaign for Wool Wool BnB and featured in the London Evening Standard Homes and Property Section.

Weaving and Spinning Classes

We also run a number of Weaving and Spinning Classes at our West Kilbride studio for both beginner and next-level skills.
