Snow Flurry Cowl Weaving Kit

Inspired by snow flurries falling on the local hills, Ange Sewell has designed this pattern to help you learn how to join your weaving to make a cowl.

This kit contains a Digital Download, Printed Instructions and 2 skeins of lovely West Yorkshire Spinners The Croft 100% Shetland Wool DK Yarn to make your own Cowl.

The cowl is shown in the Skelberry colour way but you can also order ther variations as well which are:

Skelberry and Skellister
Greenbank and Hillside
Lunnister and Railsborough
Norby and Northdale
Burnside and Burrastow

You can also join in a cowl weave along at Weft Blown Cloud where you can find a free pdf download for the pattern.

To make this scarf you require a Rigid Heddle Loom with at least 10" weaving width and a 7.5 dpi or 8 dpi reed.

1x100g skein in Summer Pinks 893
Or other colour options that have one solid yarn and one speckled yarn

Loom: Rigid Heddle Loom 10” or wider

Weaving width in Reed: 25cm/10"

Finished Size after washing: 21cm/8" wide by 1.9m/6’5” long excluding fringes.
